Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding Canadian statutory holidays).

Handcrafted / Small-Batch Items: Select fresh herbal preparations, custom tinctures, or seasonal blends may require an additional 1–2 business days to process.

Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. A second email with tracking details will follow once your package ships.

We ship via Canada Post, Purolator, and select regional couriers. Delivery estimates begin once the carrier has scanned the package.
